About the Role:

t2i - Top Two Inches is launching a groundbreaking sports psychology initiative aimed at enhancing the mental and behavioral development of young athletes. This role involves delivering engaging workshops in local school and club settings, utilizing a personal vehicle to ensure optimal reach. Flexibility in scheduling is a must, as this position allows for autonomous hour management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive workshops for groups of young athletes
  • Mentor teachers and coaches to effectively integrate sports psychology tools
  • Provide personalized sports psychology services to young athletes participating in various sports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly with young players
  • Proven ability to deliver tailored sports psychology services
  • Strong knowledge of sports psychology tools and techniques
  • A Master's degree in Sports Psychology is mandatory
