Clinical Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Lung Cancer department at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert nursing care to patients with lung cancer, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
Your responsibilities will include conducting triage assessments, developing written protocols, and facilitating individualized patient care based on evidence-based practice. You will also provide professional clinical leadership and expertise to other nursing staff, contributing to the achievement of key cancer performance metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience working with patients with respiratory disease. You should be able to work flexibly, covering colleagues and service demand as required, and have experience working with electronic patient records and other IT systems.
We offer a competitive salary of £44,150 - £69,404 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
