About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mail Carrier Specialist to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial customers
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong sense of customer focus and commitment to providing excellent service
