Job Summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Staff to join our payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our payroll team, including maintaining accurate employee attendance records and updating payroll data in systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records and update payroll data in systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll calculations, track figures, and ensure consistency using intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to prepare data entry, respond to payroll inquiries, and provide administrative support.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in intermediate Excel, using formulas and basic payroll calculations to support payroll operations.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems or software is beneficial for efficient data management.
  • A strong understanding of maternity and sickness leave policies, as well as fundamental payroll concepts, is essential.
