We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage a team of care professionals, developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a supportive and inclusive community environment where individuals can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment
Salary: £13.75-£15.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
This is a full-time role, requiring 35 hours of work per week.
