Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of housing management cases, overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
  • Re-let rooms or units, collect rents, and take formal tenancy action when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, taking on a lead role within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
  • Knowledge of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.
  • Able to take on a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Confident working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners.
