Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care that protects people's dignity and promotes independence.
  • Supporting individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
  • Connecting people to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Delivering personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Being a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
