Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Operatives

Job Type: Part-Time

Location: Paddock Wood, Kent

Hourly Rate: £11.50 per hour

Hours per Week: 20 hours

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6pm-10pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our team at a reputable fulfillment center in Paddock Wood. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and Packing: Select and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Manage incoming inventory, check and book in stock, and maintain accurate records.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with other duties as advised by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a similar fulfillment environment.
  • Digital Device Skills: Prior experience using a digital device for order picking.
  • Language Skills: Adequate understanding of the English language for health and safety purposes.
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Safety Equipment: Own and wear a pair of safety boots.
