Occupational Health Advisor Position

At Procter & Gamble, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our team in Weybridge, UK. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an occupational health service to employees at our Weybridge office and satellite offices. Key responsibilities include managing employee OH referrals, developing action plans, and creating comprehensive OH reports. Additionally, the role will involve compliance with P&G Health System Key Elements and Health, Safety and Environmental standards, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Relevant occupational health qualifications (e.g., OH degree or certificate)
- NEBOSH certificate
- Experience in occupational health nursing within a commercial office environment
