Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Practitioner to join our team at DHU Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and person-centred care to patients across the West and East Midlands.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our services, ensuring they meet the needs of our patients and communities.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Person Specification

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Clinical Practitioner who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Paramedic registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in primary care, emergency care, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
