Clinical Reference Group Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Clinical Reference Group team at Black Country Integrated Care Board.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project management. They will be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in working groups, projects, and initiatives to provide information and analytical advice.
  • Developing project data collection systems with the BI team for accurate and timely data.
  • Communicating complex information, risks, issues, and dependencies to Project teams, sponsors, and staff.
  • Supporting resource targeting, monitoring, implementation, and evaluation by providing high-quality support.
  • Undertaking detailed information analysis of specific programmes/projects/reports requiring concentration.
  • Maintaining processes to ensure project management documentation is relevant, accurate, and complete.
  • Tracking and reporting on project portfolio performance, including progress and risks reporting.
Our Benefits:
