Logistics Planner

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Planner to join our team at SC4 Recruitment Limited. The ideal candidate will have a background in demand planning, supply chain management, or inventory planning within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining statistical sales and operations forecasts using historical and market trend data. They will also collaborate with the demand planning team to ensure alignment with supply chain requirements.

In this role, you will conduct thorough analyses of forecast demand vs. actual performance, identifying changes and trends. You will assist the sales team in resolving short-term supply challenges by optimising stock allocation.

You will provide and review rolling forecasts, drive continuous improvement in demand planning and sales & operations planning processes, and monitor, measure, and improve forecast accuracy through defined metrics.
