Business Analyst - Payments Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Navro, a fast-growing FinTech company. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding internal and external client needs and translating these needs into clear, detailed requirements for our development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data analysis.
  • Work with product owners and business stakeholders to create and organize product and epic backlogs.
  • Understand and interpret external technical documentation to produce process flow diagrams and implementation details.
  • Produce data and workflow diagrams to support product feature developments.
  • Capture business rules required within feature requirements.
  • Assist the Navro development team by clarifying requirements and helping them understand the business side of requested requirements.
  • Support scrum values by adhering to scrum principles and practices, participating in Agile ceremonies, and solving product-related problems.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a business analyst, product owner, technical product owner, or product manager within payments.
  • Project management and business analysis support using agile methodology knowledge and best practices.
  • Ability to produce analysis and define product enhancements.
  • Experience writing software requirements, epics, features, user stories, and use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of software development processes.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical requirements on product features with software developers.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, pre-sales, and business operations.
