Estimating Coordinator

About the Role:
As an experienced Estimating Administrator, you'll be responsible for handling incoming pricing enquiries, creating accurate proposals, managing client relationships, and contributing to internal sales targets. This role is ideal for someone with a detail-oriented mindset, strong numerical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Drawing take-offs, obtaining accurate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, assisting with pricing and submission of quotations, updating estimating databases, and checking subcontractor applications. If you have experience in construction or technical estimating, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join a forward-thinking business.

About You:
We're looking for someone with proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with CRM systems, and excellent IT skills. A team-focused, customer-centric attitude, strong time management, and self-organisation skills are also essential. We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,000 depending on experience.
