We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our operations team at Rotherwood Teachers. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production of our products on a daily and weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Monitor stock levels and raw materials to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Schedule shifts and workers to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
  • Report on production status and any issues to upper management.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Attend production meetings and communicate with the team.
  • Investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
  • Determine equipment, material, and manpower requirements for project execution.
  • Ensure that final products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Ensure that the team follows company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
  • Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling software.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
  • Coaching skills with the ability to motivate employees.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (40 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience.
