Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide support to our Child Protection Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the team, enabling them to focus on their core duties.

The role involves a range of tasks, including word processing, data entry, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be responsible for providing effective communication links for the public and professional agencies, and for supporting the team with financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Child Protection Team
  • Carry out word processing tasks, including letters and reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Provide effective communication links for the public and professional agencies
  • Support the team with financial tasks, including managing an imprest account and purchase card

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of word processing and document management systems
  • Proven experience of working in an administrative role
