We are seeking a Software Test Development Manager to lead our testing efforts at KnowBe4, Inc. in England.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products, working closely with cross-functional teams.

  1. Lead the Quality Assurance Engineering (QAE) team to ensure rapid product development.
  2. Collaborate with QA Management to define end-to-end test needs.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum

  1. Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product quality.
  2. Mentor junior engineers in quality practices.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  1. 10 years of experience in software test engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Strong leadership skills.
  3. Solid understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
  4. Hands-on experience with OOP and test automation frameworks.
  5. Proficiency in Linux environments and familiar with SSH and GIT.
  6. Able to coach junior engineers in quality practices.
  7. Solid understanding of software design patterns and anti-patterns.
  8. Experience with shift-left practices.
  9. Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices using tools like Postman.
  10. Agile development methodologies.
  11. Understanding of relational databases.
  12. Fundamental knowledge of AWS services and Cloud Native infrastructure solutions.
