Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to deliver seamless care services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, promoting client-centered approaches
- No formal qualifications required; however, previous experience in health and social care or a customer service role is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Competitive hourly rate of £12-£13.20 per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
