About the Role: We are seeking an IT Support Analyst Apprentice to join our small but highly skilled team. As a customer-facing team, you will need to have a 'can-do' attitude, a friendly approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to colleagues over the phone, via our ITSM system, and face-to-face
- Troubleshoot networking issues, from physical to Wi-Fi, and escalate when required
- Work within agreed SLAs and provide excellent customer service
- Use Active Directory & Office 365
- Deploy new hardware, including system imaging and handover tutorials
- Understand the principles of cyber security
