Job Summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Bank RMN Staff Nurse to provide flexible ad-hoc shifts or regular bank shifts across various wards at our three sites in Andover, Basingstoke, and Winchester.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess patients with complex mental health, physical health, and social problems to ensure appropriate treatment support and management.
  • Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments in conjunction with senior team members, resulting in individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration - RMN
  • Excellent team working skills, high self-motivation, and flexible approach
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and values-based practice
  • Drive to continually push personal learning and development
