Chartered Building Surveyor Position
Future Engineering is looking for an accomplished Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team, focusing on Residential and Commercial property projects. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough site inspections, analyzing defects and producing detailed reports
* Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Provide expert advice on mechanical engineering design and building services

Essential Qualifications:
* BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar
* Full member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or similar
* Proven experience in residential and commercial surveying, with strong technical knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Salary and Benefits Package
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £80,000-£100,000 basic + car allowance + performance bonus + RICS & other subscriptions paid + 9% pension + onsite facilities + flexible hybrid working arrangement + quick start program.
