About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position as Cash Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wholesale and retail invoicing processes.

This exciting opportunity has arisen in the Finance team at TFG London, where you will be responsible for managing cash inflows from partners and standalone stores. Your expertise will be essential in reconciling sales transactions between our accounting ledger and stock system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting sales from the Mercatus stock system into the Sun accounting ledger
  • Reconciling monthly sales between Sun and Mercatus
  • Posting and reconciling other entries associated with sales transactions, e.g., commission and other concession costs
  • Producing monthly concession invoices and sending to concession partners/uploading to websites
  • Producing and posting wholesale invoices as and when required for international entities
  • Reconciling expected debtor balances to concessions' remittances on a monthly basis
  • Allocating debtor balances within the Sun system
  • Ensuring that the Aged Debtor report is up-to-date on a weekly basis and addressing any unallocated balances or overdue cash with detailed explanations and backup
