Talent Acquisition Business Partner Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at Quilter plc. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing complex recruitment processes, providing expert advice to stakeholders, and collaborating with the wider business to deliver a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and progressing candidates through interview pipelines.
  • Interview candidates via phone, Teams, or in-person, ensuring a fair and inclusive process.
  • Eliminate bias, foster diverse candidate pools, and contribute to building an inclusive workforce.
  • Recruit for other roles across the wider business when required.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders, offering consultative advice and solutions to any challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and support each other when needed.
  • Partner effectively with HR Business Partners and collaborate with those supporting your business area to support function-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Produce high-quality documents and lead small projects.
  • ATS data reporting and ensuring the data is accurate at all times.
  • Continuously expand knowledge and skills in Talent Acquisition and broader HR principles, engaging in professional development opportunities.
  • Consult on relevant industry and market talent insights that impact delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as a Recruiter within a recruitment agency or search firm is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge or experience of recruiting within financial services would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing strategies.
  • Committed to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider business.
  • Thrives on working in a collaborative Talent Acquisition team.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and prepared to adjust.
  • Knowledge of Workday would be advantageous but not essential.
