About the Role

Click and Connect Online Limited is seeking a diligent and organized Financial Services Administrator to support their operations in delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative assistance to financial advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle the preparation, processing, and maintenance of client documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist in ensuring all client interactions and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to facilitate the delivery of client services and ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and contribute to the implementation of more efficient procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced administrator with:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
  • A relevant degree or certification in administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in completing tasks.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute positively to the company culture.

What We Offer
