About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Store Manager Lead to join our team in Carlisle, Cumbria. As a key member of our retail operations, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, maximising sales, and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement training programs for new Baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new menu items and promotions
  • Monitor and improve overall store performance
Requirements
  • A strong passion for coffee and customer service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • A flexible approach to meet changing demands
