Job Title: Manufacturing Cleaning Manager

Brightwork Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Cleaning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain a clean manufacturing environment.
  • Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about cleaning protocols and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the production team to minimize disruptions and ensure cleaning activities are efficiently integrated into the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inspections, and any incidents.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to cleaning and promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in cleaning technology and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with external cleaning services and contractors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a cleaning management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Certification in industrial cleaning or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Experience with continuous improvement processes.
