Job Description

We are seeking a Fabric Services Engineer to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance repairs, assessing and ordering parts, and working to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and assessments
  • Liaise with site-based staff to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of building fabric services strategies
  • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Trade background with extensive knowledge of building fabric services
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide technical advice to stakeholders

Salary: £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
