Fabric Services Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a Fabric Services Engineer to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance repairs, assessing and ordering parts, and working to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and assessments
- Liaise with site-based staff to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of building fabric services strategies
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota
Requirements:
- Trade background with extensive knowledge of building fabric services
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide technical advice to stakeholders
Salary: £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
