Role Overview

• Teach high-energy group fitness classes, including BLAZE, in our state-of-the-art studios.
• Deliver safe and engaging workouts that cater to diverse age groups and abilities.
• Maintain a positive and motivational attitude throughout classes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive fitness community.

What You'll Need

• A current Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification in fitness instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
• The capacity to remain up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
