The ideal candidate will have a background in neuro and/or spinal rehabilitation experience within an inpatient setting and be able to work effectively with our Multidisciplinary Team to deliver high-quality nursing practice in line with HCA's mission and vision.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team and contribute to delivering outstanding patient care. As a key member of our team, you will actively support the nursing and therapy teams in providing innovative and compassionate care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological and spinal conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes to care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in neuro and spinal rehabilitation

Requirements:

  • Current nursing registration through the Nursing & Midwifery Council
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in neuro and/or spinal rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and nights
