Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is a leading public sector organisation that provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer to work with one of our fantastic clients in Leamington town centre. This is a 6-month temporary position initially, with a good chance of extension, allowing you to gain valuable exposure and experience working within the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing basic admin duties, including booking on Committals, responding to telephone calls, and managing emails.
Candidate Requirements
  • Prior experience within an administration role is preferred.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, etc.) and Office applications.
  • Will require references from the past three years and pass a basic DBS check.
What We Offer

Standard hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate starts at £8.59 for the first 12 weeks and increases to £11.88, paid weekly. If selected, candidates must have a valid passport and undergo security and reference checks.
