Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing and purchasing functions, including planning, implementation, and management of annual marketing activities.
  • Manage and nurture high-level supplier relationships, factory engagement, and margin management.
  • Develop and strengthen the marketing and purchasing functions to contribute to business growth and profitability.
  • Contribute to senior management team decisions and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Senior management experience in a SME business.
  • Hands-on marketing management experience (5+ years).
  • Website development and management, plus digital marketing expertise.
  • Management of the product life cycle across a significant portfolio of products.
  • Gross margin and budget management.
  • Purchasing and global supplier relationships.
  • Branded consumer or hospitality products - Glass / Ceramics / Metalware.
  • Route to market, via a complex supply chain.
  • Passionate about the foodservice industry.
