Position: Assistant Finance Manager

Location: Westminster
Rate: £350/day
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week

Overview:
Hatched Recruitment Group is collaborating with local authorities to fill the role of Assistant Finance Manager in the Westminster region. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring in-office attendance two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the Assistant Finance Manager for Family Services, overseeing financial operations related to social care.
2. Conduct placements forecasting and participate in budget holder meetings.
3. Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
4. Manage the Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) forecast, including submissions and inquiries to the Home Office.
5. Collaborate with service teams to monitor forecasts and identify budgetary challenges.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Finance Manager and does not have any direct reports.
