Job Title: Automation QA Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead to join our team at CV-Library Ltd. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through the implementation of automated testing and leading a team of skilled QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation strategies and frameworks to improve efficiency and quality of testing processes
  • Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and training
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to determine test requirements and timelines
  • Perform code reviews of automated test scripts and provide feedback for improvements
  • Monitor and analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA, with focus on automation
  • Proven experience in leading a team of QA engineers
  • Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira or Bugzilla
  • Proficiency in a programming language, such as Java or Python
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, such as Jenkins and Git
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
