Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the business in undertaking and implementing measures to comply with statutory health and safety provisions.
  • Develop and monitor Health & Safety & well-being strategies, procedures, risk assessments, site safety plans, and safe working practices in line with the Global Safety Framework.
  • Promote a positive Health & Safety & well-being culture and contribute to improving Health & Safety performance.
  • Action safety concerns raised by employees, managers, safety representatives, visitors, contractors, or members of the public.
  • Assist in the identification of training needs for employees and deliver training as required.
