About the Role:

As a Business Growth Specialist at Social Fabriek, you will play a vital role in supporting entrepreneurs in preparing their business for sale and guiding them through the sales process.

We offer guidance on business growth, preparation for sale, and the entire sales process. Our team has been supporting entrepreneurs since 1996, with a deep understanding of the market and a personal approach that sets us apart.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek contact with SME-entrepreneurs to discuss business growth and prepare them for sale;
  • Recruit entrepreneurs for masterclasses and business events;
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop strategic plans for international growth;
  • Help entrepreneurs plan their future and provide guidance during the final phase of entrepreneurship;
  • Continuously improve and accurately record conversations.

About You:

  • You have experience working with entrepreneurs, generating new business opportunities, and possessing a sales mindset and optimistic attitude;
  • You are passionate about entrepreneurship and willing to improve and develop businesses;
  • You are fluent in English and located in the UK;
  • You are available to work 2-5 days a week with flexible hours;
  • You are open to working from our office or from home with occasional travel to our Netherlands office;
  • You are a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
