Peaple Talent is partnering with a leading research and development organization to expand their architecture team. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Designer with a valid security clearance who can design, implement, and deliver high-level, complex IT systems. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of new business streams across the entire IT project estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-level solution designs for standalone or hyper-converged infrastructure
  • Engineer and design software architecture with a strong track record in solutions or technical architecture roles
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of various operating systems, databases, and multiple technology solutions, including cloud
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and build relationships, explaining complex technical issues to non-technical individuals
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership abilities, prioritizing effectively and delivering results
  • Solve complex problems autonomously, driving projects to successful completion
  • Regularly attend secure meetings and design work at the organization's office
  • Travel to customer sites as needed
