Christmas Team Member Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a positive and engaging store environment
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
