Exciting Opportunity for a Lead Dental Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our state-of-the-art private dental practice in Barnet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our dental nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide chairside assistance and support to our dentists
  • Supervise and lead a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental nursing team
  • Manage the dental nursing staff schedule and workflow
  • Train and mentor junior dental nurses
  • Collaborate with other members of the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in a private or mixed dental practice
  • Bespoke in-house training, support, and opportunities for future growth
  • GDC, Professional Indemnity, and DBS costs all covered by Zental
  • All uniforms will be provided
  • Training opportunities for extended nurse training (Sedation, Radiography, and much more)
