Fire Alarm Service Engineer - Edinburgh - £36,000-£38,000 Per Annum

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our esteemed team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining addressable, conventional, and GENT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems, including addressable and conventional systems
  2. Repair and fault-finding of fire alarm systems
  3. Field-based role, covering multiple sites
  4. Working with various manufacturers' brands
  5. Ensuring high standards of work quality
  6. Maintaining effective communication with customers
  7. Completing tasks efficiently
  8. Providing support to team members

Requirements:

  1. Full UK driving licence or equivalent
  2. Motivation and enthusiasm to seize opportunities
  3. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Fire Alarm Industry
  4. Open to applicants with a willingness to undergo training
  5. Familiarity with various manufacturers' systems
  6. Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA, and/or City & Guilds
  7. A positive attitude and strong self-motivation
