Bodyshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a team within our brand new purpose-built Bodyshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and that the team is working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  2. Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  3. Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the bodyshop operates within budget.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager in a busy body shop environment.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
