Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing specific RF electronic components, interfacing with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role, particularly when working with cross-functional teams such as Software & Firmware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Production.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in RF electronics design, preferably in harsh environments (EMC, Vibration, thermal).
  2. Proven expertise in designing RF receiver/transmit amplifier chains, filters, and frequency synthesizers across the 30MHz to 30GHz range. Experience with Software Defined Radios is highly advantageous.
  3. Strong understanding of power supply and digital interface design for use in RF products.
  4. Ability to manage the development and delivery of RF electronic equipment through all stages of the development process.
  5. Degree qualified, ideally with a strong academic background in RF engineering or a related field.
  6. Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  7. Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with drive, energy, and enthusiasm for delivering results. With a clear focus on project delivery, they will be able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
