Citigroup Global Markets Limited is a dynamic organization with a presence in over 60 countries, offering a unique opportunity to join our team as a Program Management Expert.

We are currently implementing a target operating model, and we are looking for an experienced professional to manage a set of assigned programme workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking progress of deliverables on the plan, performing analysis as part of issue resolution, and ensuring all project delivery documentation is in place. They will also support the Finance Programme Manager with driving the plan and coordination of day-to-day activities across the programme.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set of assigned programme workstreams, tracking progress of deliverables on the plan, performing analysis as part of issue resolution, and ensuring all project delivery documentation is in place.
  • Support the Finance Programme Manager with driving the plan and coordination of day-to-day activities across the programme.
  • Demonstrate experience in delivering change in a collaborative, agile team environment as well as more standard frameworks.
  • Ability to monitor tight deadlines and unexpected requirement changes.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, plan, organise, and prioritise work within a delivery framework.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent client servicing and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to establish, build, and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Knowledge of modern technology, architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of virtual teams to deliver on strategic outcomes.
  • Works with Operations stakeholders and builds and manages relationships.
  • Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets operations objectives.
  • Support the Operations line team with their test preparation and execution.
  • Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside of the immediate workstream within their remit.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a record of working with Transformation as a Business Analyst/Project Manager managing teams and delivery on large projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of global markets and global markets operations.
  • Prior markets operations experience specifically in the General Ledger impacting functions is a significant plus.
