About the Role

We are looking for a Replenishment Planning Lead to join our team at Burberry. This role will involve driving all replenishment planning activities globally and collaborating with regions to identify opportunities in replenishment products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and maintain global replenishment forecasts, ensuring accuracy and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Maintain rolling line cards for replenishment items and adhere to the replenishment monthly critical path.
  • Collaborate with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in replenishment products.
  • Determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategy.
Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Maintaining global replenishment line cards for replenishment & carry-forward lines and adhering to global weeks of cover targets for both store and hub.
  • Driving the global replenishment buy process across all lines within the relevant division, actualizing against seasonal plans.
  • Determining weekly allocation of SPI products to maintain target stock levels in stores and hubs.
  • Supporting the Director of Retail Merchandising, Division, with preparing specific vendor projections across all product lines (seasonal, carry-forward, and replenishment) on a quarterly and annual basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a global planning role in a commercial and luxury environment at a planner level.
  • Demonstrated experience across replenishment buy processes.
  • A customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Salary Range

Burberry offers a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
