Management Accountant

Isaac James Associates is partnering with a leading European FMCG business to appoint a Management Accountant to join their team in Warwick.
The role involves working closely with cost centre/budget holders to build awareness of cost drivers and opportunities to reduce costs.
- Monthly financial close process for allocated cost centres/cost types, including preparing and posting journals.
- Preparation of assigned balance sheet reconciliations.
- Providing input to statutory accounts process.
- Ensuring compliance with SOX and internal Audit Controls.
- Other ad-hoc projects.
We are seeking a qualified Accountant (ideally CIMA) with experience in a fast-moving FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders and effectively deliver business-critical information and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- Cost control and management.
- Statutory accounts preparation.
- SOX and internal Audit Controls compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA) with experience in FMCG.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent Excel modelling skills.
