**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Manager
**Job Summary:** SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join a leading manufacturing business based in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business development opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish long-term relationships with customers
- Develop and implement annual key account plans
- Conduct regular training sessions with key customer sales staff
- Identify new business development opportunities within existing customers
- Grow the number of opportunities and value of the pipeline
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and business development skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to define customer needs and convey company objectives
**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary of up to £55,000, plus additional bonuses and a company car.
