What You Will Do

As a Substance Misuse Case Manager, your primary responsibility will be to work with individuals, developing personalized care plans that address their unique needs. You will also support our clinical team in monitoring any prescribed interventions. Our goal is to provide seamless support and ensure easy access to our services.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in substance misuse
  • Relevant degree or qualification (e.g., psychology, sociology, social work)
  • Level 3 in Tackling Substance Misuse (or equivalent)
Benefits and Salary
  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
  • Pension Package (6% employer contribution)
