Key Responsibilities:

Meliá White House is seeking a skilled Maintenance Handyperson to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing a daily maintenance service on a shift basis, covering all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily patrols of all public areas, replacing defective lamps as necessary.
  • Assist other maintenance staff to accomplish maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to guest-related maintenance requests within a 10-minute timeframe.
  • Carry out all SAP maintenance requests.
  • Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Spanish knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
