Self-Employment Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Self-Employment Advisor to join our team at Seetec Pluss. As a key member of our employability and health services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and overcome barriers to work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of referred customers who have expressed interest in self-employment, providing guidance and support to help them establish a sustainable income.
- Deliver technical expertise in all areas of self-employment, including business planning, funding opportunities, and marketing.
- Ensure customers are prepared to commence their self-employment journey by guiding them through relevant statutory requirements.
- Meet and exceed personal performance targets and customer service standards.
- Experience of providing self-employment or enterprise guidance to others.
- Fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes and modern digital technologies.
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 - £29,545 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days).
