The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Production team as a Skilled Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production line machinery, packaging, and performing machine changeovers. You will also be required to record accurate production records and provide supervision to junior operators when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure efficient and effective production processes
  • Packaging and labeling products to meet quality and safety standards
  • Perform machine changeovers and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
  • Record accurate production records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior operators to ensure smooth operation of the production line

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a production or FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and machinery. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, basic numeracy and literacy skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
