We are working in partnership with a well-established processing company to recruit a Payroll Supervisor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll processes within the organisation.

• Oversee the payroll processing function and manage a team of payroll officers.
• Develop, train, and guide team members on procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to gather and verify employee data for payroll processing.
• Process and oversee weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy in wages, overtime, and deductions.
• Review and approve payroll calculations, including wages, overtime, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Function as the key point of contact for all payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.

This is a permanent opportunity with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 08.00am till 4.30pm. If you have experience in payroll management and are looking for a new challenge, please apply.
